Refund Policy
Effective date: 2026-05-07 Last updated: 2026-05-07
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid Viral Alchemy subscription. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Inc. for US buyers; Paddle Payments Limited for UK buyers; Paddle.com Market Limited for the rest of world). Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.
1. Free plan and preview
The Free plan is free forever and therefore not refundable. Every new account begins with a 3-day preview of Pro features; no card is required, and no charge occurs unless you upgrade.
2. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason. Email [email protected] from the email on your account with your order / transaction ID from your Paddle receipt and, optionally, a brief reason. We will forward the request to Paddle and confirm approval within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Within 14 days of the most recent payment: full refund on request. After 14 days: no refund for the current month. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
4. Yearly subscriptions
Within 14 days of the most recent payment: full refund on request. After 14 days: pro-rata refund of the remaining unused full months, calculated from the date we receive your refund request, at the early-access yearly rate you paid. Partial months are not refundable.
Example: you paid $240 for 12 months of Creator Pro yearly ($20/mo) and request a refund after 4 months. Unused months = 8. Refund = $20 × 8 = $160.
5. Exclusions
No refund is available where (a) the request is outside the windows above; (b) you have violated the Terms of Service (violations may result in termination without refund); (c) the charge is a renewal following your failure to cancel and more than 14 days have passed since that renewal; or (d) the transaction was fraudulent or already subject to a chargeback (Paddle will handle the dispute directly).
6. Price changes
Subject to the Early-access pricing commitment in Section 2 of our Terms of Service, we may change prices on renewal with 30 days' prior email notice. If you do not wish to renew at the new price, cancel from your account settings before your next renewal date. A renewal charged in error can still be refunded within the 14-day window in Section 2 of this Policy.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless you also request a refund under this Policy, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
8. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a refund request to your satisfaction, you may contact Paddle directly through Paddle buyer support. As Merchant of Record, Paddle is the final authority on payment and refund decisions.
