How is Viral Alchemy different from an AI caption generator?

We don't write captions. We analyze what's actually breaking out right now across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube, score each piece of content by real engagement signals, cluster the underlying viral patterns, and generate you a full script — hook, value, gold moment, and CTA. Captions are a 15-second fix. Viral Alchemy is a research pipeline.

What happens when my 3-day Pro preview ends?

Your account stays active on the Free plan — we don't auto-charge you, ever. No credit card is required to start, so there's nothing to cancel. If you want to keep Pro, you choose to upgrade. If you don't, you keep using the Free tier for as long as you like.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can create a free account and get the 3-day Pro preview with zero payment info. Upgrade only when you're sure.

Will these prices stay this low after public launch?

For you, yes. Early-access subscribers lock in current pricing for the life of their subscription — even after we open to the public and raise public-list prices. This is the founding-member deal.

Does it work for my niche?

Almost certainly. You pick the subreddits, hashtags, and accounts we track. If content is trending in your niche, we see it. Fitness, finance, beauty, gaming, tech, education, faceless, UGC — all supported. If you're not sure, start on Free and point it at 3 sources from your niche; you'll know in one research run.

What languages does the script localization cover?

Scripts generate in English by default. Localization launches with Arabic first — Lebanese dialect out of the gate, Modern Standard Arabic close behind — and we're rolling out Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi, Turkish, Japanese, and more over the following weeks based on what early-access creators are actually using. Localization is a Pro-tier feature.

Who owns the scripts I generate?

You do. No attribution required, no commercial restrictions. Use them on any platform, for any brand, in any market. They're yours.

One click from the dashboard. No email, no phone call, no 'are you sure' loop. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and we delete your data on request (see our Privacy Policy).

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and Viral Alchemy ("Viral Alchemy", "we", "us"), operator of viralalchemy.io and app.viralalchemy.io (the "Service").

By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract. We do not knowingly permit accounts held by minors; such accounts will be terminated.

2. Early Access

The Service is offered in Early Access / Limited Beta. Features, availability, performance, and support may change, and the Service may contain defects; support is best-effort.

Early-access pricing commitment. If you subscribe to a paid plan during the Early Access period, your monthly or yearly subscription rate will not be increased for as long as you maintain a continuous, uninterrupted subscription at that tier. If you cancel, downgrade to Free, allow your subscription to lapse, or fail to cure a payment failure within 30 days, this commitment ends; any subsequent re-subscription will be at the then-current public price. We may change features, tier limits, and other non-price subscription terms with 30 days' prior email notice; we may end the Service as a whole subject to the termination rights in Section 10 of these Terms.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms.

4. The Service

Viral Alchemy analyzes publicly available content across third-party platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube) and generates draft scripts and related materials. All outputs are drafts and suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any output.

5. Third-party platforms

Your use of third-party platforms through the Service remains subject to those platforms' terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or decisions. If you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and process data from that account as permitted by the platform and described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time.

6. Billing; Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paid plans are billed through Paddle (our "Merchant of Record"), which processes payments, taxes, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. The Paddle entity contracting with you depends on your location: Paddle.com Inc. (US), Paddle Payments Limited (UK), or Paddle.com Market Limited (rest of world — the default). Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.

Current early-access plans (see the Pricing page for live rates): Free ($0, includes a 3-day Pro preview); Creator Basic ($9/mo, or $7/mo billed yearly); Creator Pro ($29/mo, or $20/mo billed yearly); Business — coming soon.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Price changes on renewal are subject to the Early-access pricing commitment in Section 2 of these Terms; for subscribers not covered by that commitment (including those who join after the Early Access period ends, or whose continuous subscription has lapsed), we may change prices on renewal with 30 days' prior email notice. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not accept a new price.

7. AI outputs

Outputs produced by the Service are generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, biased, or incidentally similar to existing content. Outputs are not advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise), and you must not rely on them as fact. Before publishing, sharing, or monetizing any output you must confirm it does not infringe a third party's rights.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate ("Your Outputs"). You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Your Inputs") and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works of Your Inputs solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell Your Inputs and do not use Your Inputs to train foundation models for third parties.

8. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to (a) violate any law, regulation, or third-party right; (b) generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or hatred against a protected group; (c) produce malware, phishing, or deceptive spam; (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code, models, or training data; (e) circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls; (f) build a competing product; (g) resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission; (h) upload infringing content; or (i) interact with third-party platforms in violation of their terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

9. Intellectual property

The Service — including software, design, logos, trademarks, and content we create, excluding Your Inputs and Your Outputs — is owned by Viral Alchemy. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. Any feedback you send us may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if provision becomes commercially unreasonable, or after 24 months of account inactivity. Sections that by their nature survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

11. Disclaimer; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any output will be accurate, original, non-infringing, or achieve any business outcome (including "going viral").

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or content). Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) US$100 or (b) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viral Alchemy and its representatives against any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or applicable law, Your Inputs or Your Outputs, or your interactions with third-party platforms through the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email and post the updated Terms at viralalchemy.io/terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence grants you a different forum.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you will be sent to the email on your account; notices to us must be sent to [email protected]. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
